Wrong item received twice
Ordered a bag and they sent a completely different one, took days for them to respond to my email.
Happened before Christmas also which I put down to them being busy but twice is not acceptable.

Had a delivery of 2 framed pictures one that came wasn’t the one I ordered but after contacting them they sent a replacement and got the one I originally ordered, great communication and easy to deal with great products son is very happy.

Poor customer service and lack of logic
This is the second time I've ordered from this site. The first time was 5 stars, prompt dispatch but 1 star for the delivery service from Yodel (parcel left on doorstep for 10 hours when I was out at work, despite a 'safe place' being nominated).
Anyway, my issue is with an order I placed on 28th January 2023, where I bought a collection of 4 items that were listed in 1 lot. Now said items are also listed individually for £15 more than buying the set.
I waited 6 days (5 working days) and I received zero communications from the site. My order is still sitting as 'order confirmed' status.
I reached out to them today (3rd February), only to be told that due to a website glitch, the item was out of stock when I bought it.
My major issue is, the set I bought is listed individually, so why can't they just send me the 4 individual items as the set of 4. I really don't understand the logic behind that. With this having been only the second time using this site, I won't be rushing back any time soon, as I'm really not impressed with the poor quality of customer service, especially when it's in relation to a purchase of the value of £150, particularly in this day and age.

Lack of communication
Ordered several items for Christmas, one didn’t arrive, was told it would be sent out again, waited and waited, and after chasing eventually ended up with a refund. Another item was faulty and am still waiting for a replacement. I understand that occasionally things do go wrong, but my issue is with the lack of communication and poor customer service.

Fast and gift loved
It was faster than expected. The company responded to me when I emailed them about correct tracking information. The person who received the gift loves it and says its cozy and wears it all the time.
Received in good spirit.
Ordered some oasis pop figures that was on back order. The company gave me multiple updates on my order (without prompt) as they weren’t due in for a while. The figures ended up being delivered earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Whole experience was easy and hassle free. Also competitively priced. Good job. Would use again.
Paw Patrol - Camera
Ths camera was good quality and very easy for children to use. The only issue was that the price did appear to me to be inflated above its normal RRP elsewhere ( before other suppliers ran out of this particular product) However, just to reiterate the product itself is excellent!

Been asked how things went about an order I am yet to get.
I've been asked how things went and yet I still haven't actually received what I ordered back in August, granted it was a pre order but I know the item has been out a while. I wouldn't mind if I had any update or had received it!

Ordered for pre Christmas delivery and they were finally delivered on 28th December. When I tried to chase LU blamed Yodel and Yodel blamed LU and nobody actually tried to help my situation.
Disappointed does not do justice to my feelings on Christmas eve knowing I'd have to explain to my two children why santa didn't deliver some presents.

Just take your money somewhere else
Product's were nice if they actually delivered them to you or when they deliver them to be correct. Purchased a limited edition item just to wait 10 days to tell me that in fact it's sold out and here is your refund. The other item advertised as a set with 3 coints and case delivered only 1 coint asked for a replacement as I screenshot the add showing them they were wrong told me that all the stock is defective and nothing more. I won't use your services again

If I could give you no stars I would, I had to chase my product several times to get a response from yourselfs then only to been told it’s been sent, no more info or tracking number. So chased again and again to be told it had been lost so was offered another product that was ordered again nothing then to be given the tracking number of the lost one and no product was being sent just a refund no apology. So basically my money was held for 3 months and if I didn’t chase would someone have contacted me I am guessing no as it got lost a month before I got in contact
Not helpful
The company sent me a faulty item and the customer service person was so rude and didn’t bother to help one bit.
Another item in my order became discontinued even though on the website it said the item was in stock and they didn’t bother to tell me until 2 weeks after purchase when I chased it. The customer service team palmed me off again with a £5 sorry voucher that I won’t be using because I will not buy again from you due to all the hassle and no help.
